At the Committes meeting to be held on Londay the 25th September the following resalutions will be proposed and seconded by representatives of the Hongkong War Charities Committee, as a means of recording the conditions under which the R.F.C. Hospital Committee accept the former body's contribution of £10,000 during the period of the War.

RESOLVED

1. That an extension of the R. F. C. Hospital shall be undertaken in a suitable house capable of accommodating not less than 25 patients: that it shall be named "the Hongkong Extension of the R.F.C.Hospital" and that this name shall be exhibited externally.

2. That the Extension shall be equipped with 25 beds

but at the outset it will be within the discretion of the Executive Committee of the R.F.C. Hospital to restrict admission to 20 patients.

3. That the cost of equipment and upkeep shall be regulated in accordance with the amount of the funds made available by the Hongkong war Charities Committee, it being understood that from 75 to 80% of the funds shall be expended in the Extension.

4. That the Hospital Accounts shall be kept in such a way as to display the outgoings for equipment, maintenance and administration of the Extension separately from the outgoings at 37 Bryanston Square and the Convalescent Homes.
